I loved, loved, loved this weeks episode! After "School Reunion", this two-parter is definitely my favourite of the season so far. Just wonderful! :D

Finally caught up on LJ. I've read as much as I can and have left several comments, but I'm sure I've missed posts along the way. If you've posted something important, please don't think that I'm ignoring you! RL just gets in the way sometimes. :)

I've read hardly *any* fic at all over the last few days. I've got so much to catch up on, including

eurydice72's new WIP (which I'm *very* excited about) and two fics from the lovely

pfeifferpack: her

seasonal_spuffy entry (which is complete) and her new WIP which (from what I've been hearing) is outstanding! And that's just some of the wonderful fic I need to catch up on. Yay for new fic! :D

Now it's almost time for Doctor Who, so I'm off to watch not only David Tennant as the new Doctor, but also our very own ASH! Squeeee! :D

I've just rewatched Doctor Who on BBC3 with the commentary turned on. I have to say I think I'm just a *little* bit in love with David Tennant. I could listen to him talk in his Scottish accent all day long. And the commentary was very interesting, too. :D

I have no idea if any of that makes any sense or not. In fact, I'm sure I've contradicted myself a few times. It just came into my head and I wrote it down. :)

New Doctor Who! Squee!! One thing, though. If you've got young children? Not a very good idea to let them watch this. It even scared *me* a little at times. It almost made me want to hide behind the sofa again, like I did when I was a child. ;)

Finally got to see Dr Who. All I can think of to say at the moment is...wow! Wonderful end to the season. Can't wait until the Christmas special!

Thank you Christopher Eccleston. You were great.

Dr Who had been on for around ten minutes when we had a power cut! So I've only seen the first ten minutes so far. And what a bloody good ten minutes it was! The electric was off for about an hour and a half and has only just come back on. So now I've got to wait until it's repeated later tonight on BBC Three...providing the electric stays on, of course. Aaagh!

My husband isn't in my good books either. He can't understand why I like Dr Who so much and has been an irritating pain in the ass tonight. According to him, I'm like a child who has lost their favourite toy. I shouldn't get upset over missing a "kids show"!! Just you wait until the next Aston Villa match is on TV! I'm going to turn the electric off just as it gets to an important part of the game. See how he likes that!

Men! I sometimes wonder why we bother with them at all.

I have to admit, I probably did go over the top...but it was Dr Who! I'd been looking forward to it all week. :D

John Barrowman was on Entertainment Today on GMTV this morning. He is so lovely! He's got a beautiful smile and seems like such a genuine person. He had lots to say about the final episode of Dr Who...

I'm slowly starting to feel better after being sick for the last 10 days or so. The only thing is, I've been left feeling completely exhausted. I haven't got any energy at all. I could quite happily have stayed in bed for the whole day today. I hate feeling this way! I hope my energy levels start to rise soon. *sigh*

I did, however, finish watching Veronica Mars. :)

The countdown has started to the last episode in this season of Dr Who. The BBC have been showing trailers every day this week. I am really looking forward to it! I'm going to miss Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, but I can't wait for season 2 to start next year...and it's already been picked up for a third season. Yay! :D

So many good things to look forward to. *happy sigh*

All I need now is some JM on my TV screen. *sigh*

I've had a flu-like virus for the last few days. It's really knocked me for six. I seem to be getting worse every day, instead of better. As a result I've had some time on my hands, so I've been catching up on some TV watching.

siklilgrl, I've now seen the first eleven episodes of Veronica Mars. I'll be watching the second half of the season over the next few days. I have to say...I love this show! I'm not going to compare it to BtVS, as I think it's a very different show, but I will say this - I doubt that I will ever love another show as much as I love BtVS and AtS, and I can't ever see me loving another character as much as I love Spike. They will always hold a special place in my heart, and I'm not planning on letting go of this fandom any time soon...but it's so nice to have a new show (or shows) to feel passionate about. :)
