Did you find that really creepy? Because I have to say while it was interesting I didn't really find it scary/creepy like so many reviewers did.

I found it an interesting and thought-provoking read, but not anywhere near as creepy as I expected it to be.

Paul McKenna was talking about 'I Can Make You Thin' on the radio yesterday and I was very tempted to get it to see whether it would get me to alter my attitude to food.

Haven't got Frostbitten yet, waiting for the p/b to come out.

I'm trying to read more too...not read any of them. Quite like Paul McKenna, he seems to talk a lot of sense.

Paul McKenna definitely talks a lot of sense. The book was very interesting, and I'm trying his 90 day plan to see if it works. I've been doing it for 7 days...and so far so good! :)
