S2 of True Blood in the UK

S2 of True Blood will be airing in the UK on FX and FXHD.

No set air date yet, but...

Coming in February! (S2 trailer available via link)

Yay! :D

Yes, I know I've already seen it by other means, but I can't wait to see it again. \o/

And that means S2 will be out on DVD in a few months, too. Yay!

Sookie Stackhouse books and True Blood

So I think it's safe to say that I'm enjoying the heck out of True Blood and the Sookie Stackhouse books so far - and I don't care who knows it! They're not masterpieces by any stretch of the imagination...but they're a lot of fun. And that's what I need right now. :)

No episode this week, so I have to wait until the 13th (probably 14th for me) to see it. I can't wait!

But until then, back to reading Dead as a Doornail...

GLP - New LJ Header

I know I only changed it a short while ago, but I couldn't resist! :D

I adored the wallpaper [livejournal.com profile] buffy_the_vamp6 posted earlier today (which is now gracing my desktop) and asked her if she could make me an LJ header using the same theme. Which she did! So I now have a beautiful Spike and Eric header adorning the top of my journal, plus a matching icon. Aren't they gorgeous?

How good was True Blood last night? I didn't think ep 8 could be beaten, but this was soooo good!
