It's very British, grungy, definitely "trailer trash" level of society, but wonderful for all the above reasons.

Heroes without all the glitz. And better.

As Gill said, it's a very British show, but is so good! It can be rude, funny, heartbreaking, but never ever dull. I love it! :)

It is truly awesome. I love the fact that their superpowers are all a bit crap. I loved Nathan's line A bunch of young offenders develop superpowers and not one of us thinks of using them to commit crime? Shame on us. - perfect!

Isn't it fabulous? Yes, I love how crap their superpowers are. It just fits the feel of the show so perfectly. And Nathan does have some wonderful lines! :)
