Your main fandom of the year?
In my heart it's still BtVS, but in actuality my main fandoms this year have been True Blood and James Marsters.
Your favourite film watched this year?
I found this one difficult to answer, as I couldn't actually think of any at first. So I just went with the two films I enjoyed most this year - Star Trek and Up.
Your favourite book(s) read this year?
The first four books in the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon.
Your favourite album or song to listen to this year?
21st Century Breakdown by Green Day.
Your favourite TV show of the year?
True Blood, without a doubt. Being Human, Supernatural, Misfits and Torchwood: Children of Earth are also right up there.
Your favourite LJ community of the year?
I always enjoy
buffyversetop5, which is open for business again on 1/1/2010.
Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
True Blood and Eric Northman.
Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
Dollhouse being cancelled.
Your TV boyfriend of the year?
I don't think anyone will be surprised when I say it's Eric Northman. *g* But Dean Winchester is definitely number two! :)
Your TV girlfriend of the year?
It has to be Eliza Dushku as Echo in Dollhouse. The girl hasn't got a very wide acting range, but she does do kick-ass and sexy very well!
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
I'd like to say it was the Hallowhedon convention (which I loved), but I have to be honest and say it was meeting Nicholas Farrell and Paul Copley at the Hub 3 in Birmingham. They were both in Torchwood CoE, but are very well known and recognisable character actors on UK television. *goes all fangirly at the memory*
The most missed of your old fandoms?
It will always be BtVS. I don't think any fandom will ever make me feel the way BtVS and Spuffy did (and still does).
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
Hmmm...I'm not sure I have an answer to this one. I enjoy lots of TV shows, and dip my toes into many different fandoms, but can't say there are any I want to get more involved in right now.
Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year?
Caprica (JM!!), Being Human (*happy sigh*), Lost (final season!), True Blood S3 (more Eric, Jason et al! *g*) and Doctor Who (Eleven!!).
