Talking Fanfic

I'm fed up of writing about the stresses of my life, so I'm going to concentrate on fanfic instead. 

I ADORE fanfic!  I have to admit that I'm a latecomer to it, but now that I've found it, I can't get enough of it.  When I'm suffering from insomnia, it's a lifesaver.  I can read it all night.

My main preference is Spike/Buffy, but I do read other pairings to.  Lately, thanks to  angelspike69 and  cara_leigh9 , I have started reading some slash.  Nothing too heavy, as of yet, but I have enjoyed what I've read so far.  My OTP will always be Spuffy, though.  Spike is a BIG obsession of mine.  I adore the character and the actor who plays him.

I'm currently working my way through  wisteria_ and  jidabug 's "And Then", Post NFA Ficathon.  I haven't read them all yet, but I have particularly enjoyed  fairy_tale_echo's "I Sing The Body Electric", which is a wonderful little fic.

That's it for now, but I will post more links later.  I'm new to all this and am still not quite sure what I'm doing. *g*

I think I'm finally getting the hang of this LJ thing now. The only trouble is it's keeping me away from ACN too much! I'm such an obsessive person. *g*

I've friended quite a few of my favourite authors, but only a couple have friended me back so far. Not that I'm complaining...I like my new friends! ;)

We'll never agree on the 'ships that we like, but that hasn't stopped us becoming firm friends. As if a little thing like you liking the wrong 'ship could ever come between us! ;)

At least we both agree on one thing...Angel and Spike in chains is a GOOD thing. *g*

Fanfiction is SO addictive. Betsy is such a bad influence on us! *g*

If you ever come round to my way of thinking, I've tons of recs for you, too.;)
