caliente_ukFinally got to see the latest episode last night.
I absolutely loved it! Definitely the best of the season so far. There is so much to think about! I'm on the Cassidy being abused trail of thought myself. Not sure if Dick has also been abused, or if he is actually the abuser. It could go either way for me at the moment. The Mayor is just too creepy, so he's definitely up to no good. Did you see the way he was touching Logan? *shudders* There's definitely something not quite right about him.
But for me (I can't help it) the L/V interaction was the highlight of the ep. And that dance! *melts* I'd actually started to think I was over L/V...but no. This couple just have so much chemistry together. I want to see more! But not in a "true love forever" kind of way. I want it to be angsty and hard for them...maybe not quite as hard as it was for Spuffy, but I definitely don't want it to be easy. It's the only way to keep it interesting in my eyes. I don't know what it is about L/V that intrigues me so much, but there's something about them that makes me sit up and take notice every time I see them together. :)
Oh...and Weevil! How happy was I to see him. We haven't had anywhere near enough Weevil this season, but what we have had has been vital to the seasonal arc. I love me some Weevil! :D
And now Logan has unknowingly killed Thumper...if he is indeed dead (and I think he is).
What an episode! Can't wait until next week. :)

Date: 2006-04-07 07:34 pm (UTC)Weevil! In my opinion, FC did his best acting ever in this episode. His confrontation with Molly and yelling "I loved him!" was , guh, exceptional. I'm so ready for Tuesday night!!

I loved it so much - it was the first episode this season that felt like a Season 1 ep for me in that as soon as it was finished I wanted to rewind it and watch it over and over. The last few eps have been good - this one was Classic VM in all it's snarky, surprising noir glory. What a great noir ending. Logan is indeed now a murderer - albeit an unwitting one. The angst, the angst.
