Farscape

I watched the finale of Farscape Season 2 last night.



OMG! What an episode! Even though I haven't seen Farscape before, I am aware that Aeryn is in the mini-series, so I know she does come back. But even knowing that, this episode is just so gut-wrenching. In fact, the last few episodes of the season are all amazing! The tears started about half way through the episode, but when Crais cried I was completely gone. Yes, you heard me right. CRAIS. The man I hated at the end of Season One, is the one who made me cry the most. Rygel at the funeral was incredibly moving, too. And John! *sob*

I can't even begin to imagine what it must have felt like to watch this episode when it first aired. To have to wait months to see what happened next! Gah!

And Scorpius? I want to string him up and rip his ugly head off his shoulders!

I love this show! :D

I love Crais. Aw hell, I love nearly all the Farscape characters... even Scorpy. Scorpy + Braka = OTP! hee!

Ha - got through that without seeing any of it. Trying not to be spoiled for Farscape (not like me at all), and I'm still only halfway through Season 1. Good to know it only keeps getting better, and when I follow your example and start limiting my online time (!), I'll be able to catch up some more.

I knew going in that Aeryn was alive in the miniseries, too, but it doesn't ruin the heartache at all. Crais made me cry, too. I start crying now once D'Argo tells Aeryn not to hesitate. I remember the severe Scorpy-hate I felt post-DMD...he's such a bastard.

I'm so excited for you, getting to enjoy Season 3 unspoiled. *sits on hands*

It really does get better. I watched this show through for the first time earlier this year and I have to make time to watch most of it again. (I rewatched most of S1 with my daughter, but she went through the rest of the series on her own while I was out of town this summer.)

I can't believe it took me so long to start watching this.
