Day 26 - OMG WTF? Season finale

I'm not quite sure what to put for this one. Last year's Grey's Anatomy finale had a definite OMG quality to it, as did S5 of House. Also the finale of Dexter S4 was another OMG! moment. But the series finale of St Elsewhere has got to be one of the biggest WTF moments on TV, so I think I'll go with that one.
