Happy Birthday James!

Wishing a very happy birthday today to our favourite manpire, Mr James Marsters! :D

Still looking oh so good at 46!

Without James we wouldn't have Spike. Without Spike, I would never have become involved in the Buffyverse or JM fandoms. Without either James or Spike I would never have met so many wonderful people, both online and in RL. So much to be thankful for!

Spike is the one who first brought me here (and I still love him to death), but James is a big part of why I'm still here after all these years. When I first became a James fan, I never thought for one minute that I would ever go to a Convention or get to meet him in person. I could never have imagined that my life would be changed in the positive way that it has been. Fandom both delights and annoys me in so many ways, but my admiration for James and his talent always stays the same.

So here's a heartfelt birthday wish to the lovely, intelligent, talented, sexy, friendly, warm-hearted, beautiful and FLAWED man that is James Marsters. He's far from perfect, but that's one of the reasons why I love him so much - because neither am I or anyone I know! *g*
