Finally managed to get a few hours sleep last night, so I'm feeling a little better today. Thanks to everyone for the lovely comments to my last post. It really does help, knowing that you're all there for me. *smooches you all* A group smooch...what fun! ;)

I've been watching the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother (yes, I do realise I have no life...why do you think I'm depressed? *g*) What a strange bunch of people. Jeremy Edwards is a hottie, but he's not exactly interesting, is he? Oh well...at least it's something to watch on the nights when I can't sleep. Which until last night had been almost a week of no sleep at all!

I'm enjoying Desperate Housewives. I've seen the first three episodes so far. I think I'll be keeping this one on my viewing list. It's no BtVS and AtS, but then again...what is?

I miss my shows. *sigh*

The Farscape mini series is on Sky One this weekend. I haven't seen any of this show at all, but I've heard some wonderful things about it. Would it be a mistake to jump in and watch it now, or should I wait until I can watch it from the beginning? I have to admit I'm tempted to watch the mini series. Especially after all the good things [livejournal.com profile] fer1213 has had to say about it.

Well, I watched the mini when I was only part-way through S1 in my watching and I still thought it was pretty cool. Watching it again after seeing all the seasons helped a lot of it make more sense, but I think it's still accessible even if all you know is that four years before, astronaut John Crichton was trying an experiment in space when he was sucked through a wormhole and ended up on the other side of the galaxy. Since that time, he's had important wormhole technology embedded into his brain and the Peacekeepers and the Scarrans (neither of which are friends to Crichton and his buddies on the ship Moya) want that info in his brain to make wormhole weapons. Oh, and that he and former Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun are VERY HOT together and are in love. Hee.

Maybe it will convince you to give the whole series a try?

I'm glad you're feeling a bit better, Cal. *hugs you*

Sleep, yeah, what's that?

Don't know about Farscape although a friend of mine swears you have to watch it from the beginning. Of course, she also swears you have to watch Buffy from the beginning, and I did just fine jumping into the middle. And definitely watch Desperate Housewives. It's not Buffy or Angel, but it's a hoot.

Glad you got some sleep. Some is better than none. *smooches you back* Hope you get more soon.

Glad you're finding some new entertaining shows. :D

Maybe you'd like me to make you another Spike animation?

I think I am going to watch the mini series. I'll get an idea from that if it's going to be the show for me. Unless they rerun the complete series over here, I'll probably have to buy the DVDs if I want to see it. So I'd better make sure I like it first. Hee! It certainly sounds like something I'd like.

Thanks for the advice anyways, Fer. Alas, I have to be on my way. ;)

Thanks, Fer. I'm feeling much better. *hugs*

I'm enjoying Desperate Housewives very much so far. I'll definitely be sticking with it. :)

I take it you're another sleep deprived person? You have my sympathy. I've slept better the last couple of nights, but how long that will last I don't know. Insomnia and depresion sucks! *sigh*

*smooches Barb*

Entertaining shows, yes. But I miss my weekly fix of Buffy and AtS. *sigh* I'm suffering from Spike withdrawal. *g*

Another animation would be lovely. I saw the ones you made for Caraleigh. You're very good at making them! :)

Love you, Barb! {{{Barba}}} :-*

That should say depression. See, even my spelling suffers when I don't get enough sleep! ;)

Uh, I have been in the past. Right now Tylenol PM is my friend. Not that I'm encouraging it, because you can quickly get dependent upon it to go to sleep, but it was either that or suffer night after night. Even so, that doesn't always work. And insomnia and depression definitely suck major.
