A lost friend...

I don't like to get involved in LJ kerfuffles...and I'm not going to start now. But I couldn't let preetybird go without saying something.

I'm shocked and saddened by what has happened with preetybird. Regardless of what she has or hasn't done (and people will make their own minds up about that), I still consider her as a friend. She has always been very supportive of me when my life has been getting me down. I shall always be grateful for that. To be honest, I'm worried about her. I hope that there are people in her life who are able to help her. Because whatever the truth of the matter is (and from the evidence, I know what I believe), Anne needs love and support from those who care about her. I can understand why she has deleted her journal, rather than face up to what has happened. But I wish she hadn't.

That is all I have to say.

Sorry to hog your journal Cal, but there's been an update on CDS here.

It's really sad and upsetting - I hope there's someone for her in RL who can help her.

I saw that. I'm shocked and saddened by the whole thing. I hope she does have the support she needs in RL. A person doesn't do something like this without there being a reason for it. It's hard to know what to think. *sigh*
