Winner of BB5 (UK)

Yay!!  Nadia is the winner of Big Brother 5 in the UK!  I wanted her to win as I think that she is the one who will gain the most from winning.  She won with 74% of the vote, which is amazing.

She was overwhelmed by the reception that she received.  At last she finally feels accepted for who she is.  Nadia is a Transexual, which basically means that she is a woman who was born in a mans body.  She has had a full sex change operation and is now all woman.  I have nothing but respect and admiration for her.

It was a very moving moment when she realised that she had won.

Way to go, Nadia! :)

No objections to Nadia, but I voted for Daniel.

Daniel was my second favourite. He's great. I couldn't believe that Jason beat him!

Yeah, who the bloody hell was voting for Jason?

It's neat to hear that a transexual was accepted and actually won. Maybe there is hope for the human race afterall.

I'm not following the US BB this year. I did happen to catch it the other night, tho. I don't know why, but the personalities aren't grabbing me this year.

This years UK BB has been the best one yet. Last years was fairly boring, I thought. The housemates were so much more interesting this year.

I was so happy that Nadia won. :) Daniel, who came second was great, too.

I haven't seen you on the board as often lately, Karen. I miss you! *hugs*
