*nods* These characters have become our friends and family, maybe even lovers (;P)! So it's only natural we care about them and feel very protective of them, just like we care about and feel protective of our rl loved ones (and that includes annoying family members, too...). We want the very best for them. We want them to be treated with respect. We want them to have the attention they deserve. It is more than understandable. And that's the way it should be.
