Wireless fun

I've finally gone wireless. Yay! It's taken the best part of the day to get everything set up and running, but I'm now connected to the internet through my new wireless router. :)

My baby laptop was the easiest to set up, taking only a few minutes to get connected. It was the two desktop pc's that took all the time. I'm not very good when it comes to taking computers apart, so I'm quite proud of the fact that I managed to install the two wireless pc cards all on my own.

I'll now be able to use my laptop anywhere in the house and garden. My husband is going to be so pleased when I take it to bed with me. Hee! ;)

laptop is definitely the most useful ... totally jealous that you can sit in the garden and browse the web ... as I'm making the journey to visit my sisters this weekend, I won't even have a half-decent computer until monday ... *eep* ...

and I think a laptop in bed would be the point that my boyf decides my JM obsession has gone a tad too far

Well done Cal, it took me long enough to get the broadband running properly here....lol, Like the sound of a laptop to take to bed, although I'm bad enough falling asleep with my MP3 player still running so goodness know's what would happen with a laptop.....lol

Wow, really impressed you did it on your own. I'm useless at computer stuff. I'm not that keen on laptops, I prefer something bigger to bang about at, but they are handy. :)
